1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to Arya Enterprises. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of IT products — computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, CCTV systems, accessories, components and software. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products, Specifications & Warranty
All products are genuine, sourced from authorised distribution channels, and covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty for India. Product images are illustrative — actual colour and appearance may vary slightly from your screen. Specifications shown on each product page are provided by the manufacturer and may be revised by them without notice; please verify critical specifications (such as compatibility) before ordering, or ask our team. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer's authorised service network; we will gladly assist you in raising and following up a claim.
3. Orders & Cash on Delivery
We currently accept payment by Cash on Delivery (COD) only — no online payment is collected on this website. Placing an order is an offer to purchase: every order is individually reviewed and confirmed by our team before it is processed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, the delivery address is unserviceable, or the order appears fraudulent — in which case we will notify you on the contact details you provided. You may request cancellation of an order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price payable is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed. While we take care to keep the catalogue accurate, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will inform you before doing so.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India through reputed courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and begin from the date your order is confirmed, not the date it is placed. Arya Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, regional restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and pay the COD amount; parcels that cannot be delivered or are refused may be returned to us and the order cancelled.
6. Returns & Replacements
If a product reaches you damaged, dead on arrival, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement. Products returned must be complete with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and license materials. Issues that appear after this window are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (section 2). Software, licenses and consumables (such as ink and toner) are non-returnable once opened or activated, except where defective.
7. Installation & Services
Where an order or quotation includes services — such as setup, CCTV installation, repairs or an annual maintenance contract — the scope, timeline and charges are as agreed in the corresponding quotation or service note. Service warranties cover our workmanship; parts remain covered by their manufacturers. Site readiness (power points, network access, mounting permissions) is the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — the Arya Enterprises name, logo, product photographs, designs, text and graphics — is the property of Arya Enterprises and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. It may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arya Enterprises's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or an order placed on it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
